Hazel was brought to J&R Aquatic Animal Rescue on 1/10/25 by the staff at Garfield Park Conservatory, where she was sadly found abandoned by her owner. She arrived in very poor health, but with the right care, she has made a fantastic recovery and is now ready to find a loving forever home! 🏡
 
Due to the high number of turtles surrendered, we are asking for a donation in Hazel’s name instead of a set adoption fee to help support our rescue efforts.
