Habitat and Environment

🌡️ Temperature:

  • Keep them in a dark area at room temperature
  • Ideal range: 68–77°F (20–25°C)

💧 Humidity:

  • Maintain lower humidity with good ventilation
  • Create a moisture gradient: one side wet, one side dry, and the middle moist
  • Light misting after feeding or provide a humid hide to maintain humidity

Diet

🍽️ Food Sources:

  • Detritivores: Eat rotting wood, leaf litter, and other organic materials
  • Supplemental Foods: Vegetables like squash, carrots, potatoes, and pumpkin
  • Repashy Morning Wood: Can be used as an all-in-one food and water source
  • Note: Remove any fuzzy or decaying food to prevent mold and other issues

Bedding and Hiding Places

🛏️ Bedding:

  • Use leaf litter for bedding
  • Include cork bark or other hiding places for enrichment

  • Provide enough space for them to thrive and exhibit natural behaviors
